What is your exchange policy (including sale items)?
- Sale items purchased in-store can be exchanged within 5 calendar days, and online within 14 working days, but only for the same model in a different colour or size.

Refunds take 5-10 working days to process.
What materials are used in your jewellery?
Our jewellery is made from silver, brass, gold coating, enamel, mother of pearl (MOP), and Swarovski crystals, and natural stones including turquoise, malachite, coral, and lapis.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewellery is hypoallergenic.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all pieces come with a 1-month warranty.
How should I take care of my jewellery?
To maintain the original appearance and quality of your jewellery over time, please follow these care recommendations:
- Remove your jewellery before contact with water, including while bathing, swimming in the sea or pool.
- Avoid wearing jewellery during physical activities, including at the gym.
- Keep your jewellery away from beauty products such as perfumes, lotions, sunscreens, and tanning products.
- Remove jewellery before sleeping.
- Do not clean your jewellery with household cleaning or washing agents.
- Remove rings when washing or disinfecting your hands.
- Avoid exposing jewellery to high temperatures or humid environments.
- To prevent scratches, do not store your jewellery with other ESHVI or non-ESHVI pieces.
- We recommend storing jewellery in a dry, cool, and dark place, ideally in its original pouch.
- Always use a pouch when transporting your jewellery.
- Periodically check the condition of your jewellery, especially the clasps and stone settings, to prevent loss or damage.
- Please note that jewellery made with natural stones can be fragile due to the nature of the materials.
What should I do if my jewellery breaks?
The warranty period for purchased products is 30 calendar days, starting from the moment the item is handed over to the customer. During this period, if any manufacturing defect is identified, we will provide the appropriate service or response. In the case of mechanical damage, the jewellery cannot be repaired, as it will not be able to regain its original appearance.
