Georgia Delivery 

All orders placed before 3pm time Monday to Friday will be eligible for next day delivery after receiving the payment.  Please be aware that all deliveries must be signed for, so do make sure that there will be someone present at the delivery address.

Please note, that delays may arise during holidays and sale periods.

ESHVI offers different shipping methods and different services can be arranged on request. We closely work with Georgian Post . Those shipping methods takes 1-3 working days to deliver your order.

However if you prefer another shipping methods please contact us at customercare@eshvi.co.uk to be informed about all the personalised service we can provide. 

RETURN PROCEDURES 

Notify us of your wish to return the items by emailing us at customercare@eshvi.co.uk

If our customer service team determines that your request is eligible, you will be provided with specific instruction.

You must then return the goods to the following address :

Once the returned parcel reaches us, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will either be issued to the original credit card used to place the order  or as q Eshvi store credit. Please allow 8  working days for the refund to appear on your debit/credit card account. 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES

If you would like to exchange your purchase for another item up to or of the same value, please send an email to customercare@eshvi.co.uk  stating your order number and details of the new item you would like to exchange it for. The fulfilment of your request will be subject to our stock availability.

Once your exchange has been confirmed by our customer service team, you must return the item(s) to the following address within 7days . All return conditions apply to exchanges as well.
